Do you often find yourself avoiding important tasks?

Are you always scrambling to get things done at the last minute?

Do you feel that you would be much more productive and successful in your personal and professional life if you could only find a way to stay consistently focused and motivated?

Procrastination is a rampant killer of productivity and a huge block to happiness and success for millions of people. And if you’ve tried time-management and motivational solutions to stop procrastinating, you’ve probably already discovered that the causes of your procrastination run too deep to be cured with simple tricks like making “to do” lists or keeping a better schedule.

The causes must be rooted out at the source: within your subconscious. This subliminal hypnosis session will allow you to release your emotional need for perfection and your constant worries so that you can:

  • Stop over-analyzing and start doing. Finally tackle any task, from start to finish, without getting stuck in the rut of over-thinking every little step because of all those subconscious fears of making mistakes or facing rejection.
  • Learn to act immediately. When you put something off, a simple task can start to look like an impossible mission as your imagination runs wild, blowing the entire situation out of proportion. When you learn to take action now, you’ll be too busy getting things done to let your imaginary fears hold you back.
  • Make decisions with more confidence. When the subconscious barriers of fear and self-doubt begin to crumble, it will become easier for you to make decisions and follow through on them. The more action you take, the more momentum you will gain as your self-confidence reaches all new levels.

Stop procrastinating now and live your life today!

I found this subliminal quite interesting. Again, like the others I have used, it’s a gradual, subtle and very natural process of transition.

I am not a naturally structured person and find it hard to follow through with actions I put in place. I noticed my thinking started to change and I wasn’t fighting with the idea of doing something I deep down wanted to do. After about 6 weeks of listening, I decided to start putting a routine of things in place. Daily meditation, exercise, writing in my gratitude journal etc.

It’s been a month since I stopped using it and I am still continuing with my routine. I will say that it’s maybe not as strong as when I was using it to fall asleep to at night. Sometimes do feel lazy and feel the pull of falling into my bad habits. But the fact that I am still carrying on with my routine daily says a lot about this subliminal.

One thing about the subliminals is to look for the small changes in your behaviour and your thought patterns. You must be patient and allow for the full 6 – 8 weeks.

I’ve been listening to this particular subliminal for a few days. It’s early – because of which I probably ought to wait a couple of weeks – but the positive changes are so profound that I feel compelled to chime in now.

As a college student, I usually wait until 7 or 8 PM to begin studying because I had the tendency of putting things I didn’t enjoy on the backburner. After having listened to the “stop procrastinating” track a few times, I’ve been inclined to begin studying right when I got back from school – around 1 PM. I’m very pleased with the results thus far.
