Speedzen audio sessions are designed to work with minimal exposure so that you don’t have to listen 8+ hours a day to see fast results.
With most of my sessions you will feel a positive change in attitude right from the very first session.
And the recommended minimum exposure to reach permanent results with most programs is 3 sessions the first week, and at least once a week after that until you are happy with the results…
Usually 4-8 weeks.
In most cases, listening more often than this will not speed up results, but it won’t hurt either. In fact, some people like to listen every night for no other reason than the music helps them sleep.
Most subliminal producers will tell you that repeated exposure to their subliminal affirmations will eventually convince your subconscious mind that those affirmations are true… and it will begin to act as if they are true… thereby creating the results you desire.
However, that approach is extremely ineffective, as proven by the fact that you need to listen constantly, every day… for weeks or months… before you will see any changes in your attitudes, beliefs and habits.
Beating yourself over the head with bland affirmations like: “I am confident. I am confident. I am confident.” and so on… just isn’t going to make you feel better. Ever.
Speedzen subliminals work faster because they don’t use simple affirmations. Instead, they install new beliefs by introducing them as an interesting new idea for your subconscious mind to consider and experiment with. Kind of like…
“Hey, wouldn’t it be great if…”
And, immediately after the first session, your subconscious mind is already hard at work… 24 hours a day 7 days a week… testing out these new ideas to see if they work. And suddenly you start to feel more confident because you are automatically finding real reasons to feel better about yourself.
You might find it easier to picture the whole process as teaching a new idea to a child…
You have two teaching methods available:
1) Give the child a fun game to play, allowing them to experience the new concept for themselves in an interactive and entertaining way that they actually WANT to do… and continue doing on their own… in their spare time, or…
2) Sit them down at a desk and repeat the idea to them over and over, until they get bored and stop paying attention.
Of course the first method is most effective, and easier on both the student and the teacher.
This way the subconscious mind does all the work of convincing itself that the new belief is a better one.
And constant exposure will not accelerate this process, but an occasional session will keep it on track.
How long will it take to permanently adopt the new beliefs? That depends entirely on the individual, their particular life circumstances, how strongly the old beliefs were installed during childhood, etc…
In most cases it will take 4-8 weeks.
